I am a detail oriented and experienced Real Estate Salesperson that really cares about you and your total transaction; from looking, listening, understanding and marketing through the negotiation and financing process,to the inspections, appraisals, and on to closing and relocation. Many different aspects of Real Estate have been my passion for 29 years. My experience started with a fun and financially rewarding commercial historical project in an urban environment. That project was a laboratory of hands on commercial real estate training . We moved to this area about 20 years ago for the family life and the enviornment and bought a 100 year old house. After years of rehabing this property and giving my children a good start I started my current real estate carreer at a local office. As a shared office manager with another working mom and personal assistant to the broker we were able to capture the lions share of business in our area and expand into three locations in three counties.
